A clear place to begin
Terms of service
These terms cover the Celebhours website as it works today: browsing, fan accounts, talent profiles and enquiries.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Who can use the service
By using an account or submitting a form, you confirm that you can legally do so where you live and that the information you provide is accurate. The current account experience is not designed for children and does not verify age. Do not create an account for a child or submit a child’s personal information. Additional safeguards and parental-consent flows are required before the service can be offered to minors in places where those are required.
If you act for a talent, brand or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide its information and make the request. Access for talent and their teams is invitation-based and may be approved or declined.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep control of the email address or phone number used for sign-in, protect your device and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law says otherwise.
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate someone, send misleading or abusive requests, upload malicious code, interfere with service security or availability, harvest personal information, or attempt to access accounts or records you are not authorized to use. Do not submit passwords, payment details or government ID numbers in general enquiry forms.
3. Enquiries, talent access and profiles
Submitting a talent request does not guarantee approval, a response, a business relationship or a launch date. Submitting a brand or licensing enquiry does not guarantee that it reaches or is accepted by a particular talent or team. Celebhours may review and route the enquiry; the parties are responsible for confirming receipt and negotiating any agreement.
Invitation links are personal, intended for the invited email address and expire after seven days. Do not forward them. If a link expires or is sent to the wrong person, contact the Celebhours team through the website.
Talent and authorized teams are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for having permission to publish names, images, biographies, social links, featured content and offer descriptions. When a talent saves a profile, its selected details and listed planned offers become public. Public information can be viewed, copied, indexed or shared by other people. Keep private details out of public profile fields. Talent can edit or request removal of profile information while signed in. Celebhours may remove or limit content to address a rights complaint, safety issue, legal requirement or misuse.
A “verified” indicator is a platform label based on Celebhours’ review process. It is not a government credential, endorsement, guarantee of identity in every context, or promise about a product or offer.
At this stage, licensing and brand agreements are arranged directly by the relevant parties. Celebhours is not a party to those agreements and does not charge commission on them under the current stated model. Each party should obtain its own advice and agree in writing on rights, payment, deliverables and liability.
4. Planned offers and future commerce
Talent may prepare profile cards for merchandise, collectibles, signed pieces, experiences, digital products, memberships, donations, special offers and other categories. These are profile descriptions and availability indicators only. “Coming soon” or “Not available yet” is not an order, reservation, promise of availability or invitation to pay. There is no checkout or payment on the current site.
Before any purchase or paid experience is offered, the applicable seller and service terms must identify the seller, product or service, full price and fees, taxes, delivery or fulfillment, cancellation and refund rules, payment provider, customer support and any event or digital-content conditions. Separate terms may apply to a transaction and will be shown before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
5. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Celebhours a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display and technically adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service, display the profile or enquiry you requested, and protect the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained in backups, records or caches for a limited period, or where retention is needed for legal or security reasons.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material, including any person’s name, image, likeness, music, artwork, trademarks or other protected content. You may not upload unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe or infringing material. If you believe content on Celebhours violates your rights, use the privacy/contact request form and identify the content and your concern. We may request information needed to review the report.
Celebhours names, logos, site design and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant you permission to use them beyond ordinary use of the site or as allowed by law.
6. Service availability and account action
Features may change as the service develops. We may temporarily suspend, restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, legal obligations, a rights complaint or operational issues. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the site or request account deletion through the privacy request form. Account deletion may require manual review and removal of associated records; the Privacy Notice explains current limits.
We work to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular launch date, commercial results, fulfillment, ticket access, an audience, or a response from a talent or team.
7. Third-party services and links
The service relies on providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, email, photo delivery and optional analytics. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. The Privacy Notice describes the providers currently used.
8. Liability and rights that cannot be excluded
The site is provided as it is currently available. To the extent the law allows, Celebhours is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the current free enquiry and profile service, content posted by users, or a direct agreement between users and talent. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections, fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. Your mandatory local rights continue to apply.
9. Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled and how to make a data request or privacy complaint. The legal operating entity and dedicated contact address are not yet finalized; until they are published, use the request form on the Privacy Notice page. We will handle privacy complaints under applicable law.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date above will show when the current version was published. If a change materially affects account holders, we will provide notice where required. The legal operator and its location are still being finalized, so this interim version does not select a governing law or court. Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on your location and the final service arrangements. Mandatory local laws continue to apply.
11. Contact
For now, contact the Celebhours team through the privacy and contact request form. The legal business name, registered address and dedicated support contact will be added when established and before paid services launch.
