Privacy notice

Information we collect

• Talent access and brand enquiries: your name, work email, role, organization, and any message you choose to provide.
• Invited talent profiles: the public name, biography, profile image URL when supplied, social and website links, featured card titles and image/destination URLs, and planned-offer descriptions and statuses supplied by an invited talent or authorized team. When talent saves a profile, its profile details, image URLs, social links, featured cards and planned offers become public. Talent can update those details while signed in. The verified mark is applied by staff after review. Profile photo uploads are not currently available while photo storage is being configured.
• Invitation records: the invited email address, invitation status and dates needed to send and validate a seven-day profile invitation.
• Fan accounts: name and the email address or phone number used to sign in. Google sign-in may provide basic profile details such as your name and email. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; this site does not put passwords in its enquiry database or notification emails.
• Privacy requests: your name, email, request type and any details you include, so we can verify and respond.
• Technical and security data: information generated by hosting, authentication and phone verification services to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.
• Optional analytics: Firebase Analytics is off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled, it may collect usage and device/event information as described by Google. You can change your choice using Privacy settings at the bottom of the site.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to the request you submit, create and secure an account you ask for, send verification messages, protect the service, and maintain the site. Optional analytics is used only after you opt in. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes information

We use Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, database and, only with your analytics choice, analytics. Phone sign-in uses Firebase phone verification and Google reCAPTCHA safeguards. The staff invitation service runs on Cloudflare Workers and asks Firebase Authentication to send one-time sign-in emails; it processes the invited email and a short-lived staff authentication token to authorize that request. Talent profile details are stored in Firestore. Talent chooses to publish those details by saving the profile, after which the selected fields are public and can be viewed, copied or shared by visitors. Profile photo upload is not currently active while a storage provider is being configured. EmailJS is used to notify the Celebhours team about submitted enquiries and privacy requests. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy notices. Depending on provider configuration and your location, information may be processed in another country.

We do not currently run a checkout or payment processor on this site. A future store, marketplace, event or paid service will need clear transaction-specific terms and updated privacy information before launch.

Brand and licensing enquiries are collected so Celebhours can review and route them to the intended talent or team. Submitting a form does not itself guarantee that a message has been delivered to, or answered by, a particular person.

Retention and security

We keep information while it is needed to handle the request, operate an account, protect the service or meet a legal obligation. Profile invitations expire after seven days, but the current Firebase setup does not automatically delete expired invitation or enquiry records. Talent can edit their profile while signed in and can request deletion through the privacy form. Staff can review and remove records. For a verified account deletion request, an administrator must delete the Firebase Authentication account and its related records. We may retain limited information where the law allows or requires it.

The site uses HTTPS and database rules that prevent public visitors from reading submitted records or unpublished profiles. Published profile fields are intentionally public. Access by authorized administrators and service providers is still necessary to operate the site. No online service can promise absolute security, and the current site has not enabled Firebase App Check enforcement for general anonymous forms.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, local law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or to object to or limit some processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect account or form functions. We will handle verified requests within the time and under the exceptions set by applicable law. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.

To make a request, use the form below. Please do not include passwords, payment information or government ID numbers. We will contact you at the submitted email if we need to verify the request.

Children

This account and enquiry experience is intended for people legally able to use it under the rules where they live. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us through the privacy request form so we can review it.

Contact and privacy requests

Because the legal entity and dedicated privacy email have not yet been established, use this form for now. It creates a request record for the Celebhours team; it is not an emergency or instant support channel.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the site’s features or data practices materially change. Any future commerce, payments, seller services or fan experiences may require additional notices and terms.
