Using the site

You may browse the site, submit an enquiry and create a fan account where available. Access for talent and their teams is by request and is not guaranteed. We may review, accept or decline requests and may update or discontinue features as the service develops.

Give accurate information, use an email or phone number you control, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use another person’s information without authority.

Enquiries, invitations and profiles

Submitting a request does not guarantee access, a response, a deal, a licensing arrangement, a celebrity endorsement or a direct relationship. We may review and route brand or licensing enquiries to the talent or team identified in the form, but cannot promise delivery or acceptance. Talent access is subject to review and an invitation; an invitation link is personal, expires after seven days, and should not be shared.

Invited users are responsible for keeping their sign-in secure and submitting profile information, photos and links they are authorized to publish. Talent chooses when to publish by saving their profile. Saved profile details and links are public and may be viewed, copied or shared by visitors. Talent can update their profile while signed in. Profile photo uploads are not currently available while photo storage is being configured. Published profile photos and information are public and may be viewed, copied or shared by visitors. Celebhours may decline, edit, unpublish or remove profiles and offers to address rights, authenticity, safety, policy or legal concerns. A verified mark is a limited platform signal that Celebhours reviewed the person or representation; it is not a guarantee, endorsement or legal certification.

Celebhours does not charge commission on licensing or brand deals made directly between the parties under the platform’s current stated model. We are not a party to those agreements and do not negotiate or guarantee their terms. If a future service agreement says otherwise, it must be presented clearly and agreed separately.

Products, content and rights

The current profile editor lets invited talent draft planned offers marked “Coming soon” or “Unavailable.” It does not offer checkout or permit purchases. Do not use the site to propose or promote illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or infringing goods or activity. A person or business proposing merchandise, collectibles, digital products, promotions or experiences must have the rights and permissions needed for the material, name, image, likeness, marks and content they submit. Submitting a proposal does not grant Celebhours or another person rights to use it beyond reviewing and responding to the enquiry.

All Celebhours branding, site design and original site content remain with their respective rights holders. You may not copy or exploit them except as permitted by law or with permission.

Accounts and availability

Account features are provided as they are currently available. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or maintain the service. We will aim to handle account concerns fairly and you may contact us through the site.

We work to keep the site available and information accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular launch date, sales results, audience reach, fulfillment, event access or a response from talent. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Future transactions

Before paid commerce launches, the relevant seller, product, price, fees, taxes, shipping, delivery, cancellation, refund, event and payment terms will need to be shown for that transaction. These interim terms do not set those details or authorize a purchase.

Our Privacy Notice explains what information the current site collects and how to make a privacy request. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Changes and legal rights

We may update these terms as the service develops and will revise the date above. The applicable law and dispute forum depend on the final operating entity and the laws that apply to you; no single governing-law jurisdiction is specified in this interim version. Mandatory rights under your local law continue to apply.
